Pros:
Bodog's software is user-friendly and includes features such as player notes, player search, chat, and you can multi-table (play at more than one game at a time). It also lets you choose a player icon and personalize your experience.

Cons:
Windows-only. During a recent single-table tournament, I got kicked off the software and couldn't get logged back in and lost the game and my money.
