Pros:
Noble has great software and really good online customer support. Includes features such as player notes, player search, side and table chat, and you can multi-table (play at more than one game at a time). They're also really nice about letting you set up private games and tables.

They have one of the best signup bonuses out there, and it's relatively easy to clear it and cash it out.

Cons:
Windows-only. Small site, so there's times when it's hard to find a game to play. There's also no way to check yourself how much you've played and earned towards getting your signup or other bonuses, so you have to chat with online support every time you want to see how you're doing.
